For a fintech company we are looking for a HR Coordinator. As a HR Coordinator you are a proactive organiser that can plan but also solves a problem when it comes up. Identifies and captures where improvements can be made, and where relevant action with the relevant team fosters an inclusive and open communication. If this sounds interesting? Please apply now!
· Be responsible for building a culture, organize all-hands, kick-offs, onboarding and other events.
· Encourage cross-team communication and collaboration by ensuring that all teams are posting newsletters, create forums for demos and knowledge sharing across teams.
· Support in organisational changes.
· You will follow up compliance and ensure that teams are following the team basics such as team practices and team size compliance.
· Also ensure that the workplace is set up to accommodate the team practices i.e. do all teams have whiteboards, chrome boxes if teams are remote etc.
· At least 3 years experience with similar tasks or in a similar role.
· Strong management skills.
· Good communication skills.
· Organized and structured.

- A great communicator.
- You have the ambition to learn and develop within org development and have an interest in
our operating model and ways of working.
· You can work remote, but you must live in the Netherlands.
· 3-6 months with possible extension.
