  • Total ownership of the overall BI strategy for the product platform
  • Enable efficient use of data across the organisation so that your department can continuously develop further
  • Define your strategy and vision and empower your team to execute it with clear milestones

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid Conditions' means 90% remote requiring 2-4 days per month of office-based work for team meetings
  • This is a Permanent Employee role for a 40-hour work week with flexible hours English is the primary working language

It's down to you to enable the broader organisation to make well-informed decisions based on deep analytical insights & market expertise

Who is the company?

One of the largest travel consumer brands in Europe with over 40 million annual users of their digital products.

  • 60~ people in all tech departments
  • The larger technology units organise their teams into squads. Each squad includes Frontend Dev's, Backend Dev's, a Product Owner, and a SCRUM Master
  • Your team is smaller and consists of 5 people today. You'll inherit an Application Security Engineer, Automation Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, IT Administrator and a Technology Programme Manager
  • 2 more hires are planned for your team this year and you will be responsible for hiring others in the future

Who are we searching for?

  • A highly competent and credible data analytics and business analytics career
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team of people
  • Someone who can understand and positively influence business
