Hardware/Firmware Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Undertake a variety of tasks in an international environment, with ample freedom to contribute to the design of innovative products.
• Collaborate with a highly motivated and dynamic team of development engineers.
• Take responsibility for the development of electronic circuits and firmware programming, closely coordinating with the hardware team.
• Create hardware and firmware concepts, integrating various sensor and wireless technologies into new embedded systems.
• Develop technical foundations to support project acquisition and sales.
• Foster partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Demonstrate creativity and provide innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Completed engineering training in electrical engineering or a comparable field.
• Experience in programming microcontrollers and familiarity with analog and digital circuit design is advantageous.
• Ideally, previous project experience involving wireless technologies and independent development of electronic assemblies up to series production.
• Ability to work independently, follow processes, and demonstrate resilience.
• Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English and German.
• Independent and flexible personality with high quality standards and a sense of urgency.
• Motivated and driven to learn new things.
