Global Lead Operational Technology

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Operational Technology Professional. As the Global Lead for Operational Technology, you'll oversee the process automation and manufacturing systems for Capex investment projects worldwide. Working within cross-functional teams, your focus will be on secure and integrated project delivery, ensuring successful execution of projects through construction, start-up, and operation of equipment in breweries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process automation and manufacturing systems design and delivery
• Prepare project plans, inquiry and order specifications
• Manage suppliers and monitor schedules and budgets
• Contribute to internal projects for standardization, innovation, and quality assurance
• Advise breweries with strategic decisions in respect to operational technology
• Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and maintain technical relationships with key suppliers

Previous Experience:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Capex projects
• Experienced in process automation design and implementation in food & beverage industry
• Understanding of production processes, PLC-SCADA systems, and data analysis
• Experience with TPM and continuous improvement methodologies
