Are you a Full Stack Web Developer with core strengths in PHP? Do you enjoy working with front end and back end technologies and staying up to date on trends? Are you looking to work in an international environment with a worldwide reach?

Our client is a family business that has grown massively over the years. Headquartered in Switzerland they provide tailor-made solutions across all industry types around the world. To help continue their growth they are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to work alongside the current team in continuing to develop and improve their in-house web portal and mobile app integration. The IT team are a core, integral part of the business, making sure the company has the farthest reach possible and making them accessible and user-friendly across all client relationships online.

As the right developer, you have:

  • Strong commercial experience in front end (JavaScript) and back end (PHP) development
  • Experience working with databases (eg: MySQL)
  • Knowledge of current web technologies and frameworks within PHP and JavaScript
  • Web development and project experience

You are:

  • Analytical and networked minded
  • A team player looking to be part of a dynamic team
  • A communicative personality
  • Fluent in German and English
  • A Swiss or EU national

The role:

  • Developing and further development of the in-house web portal and related mobile app integration
  • Together with business engineering, you participate in the design of processes
  • Using information from the user community you assess change requests and implement them independently
  • Support the development of other web applications and related interfaces
  • Assessing and using new technologies you are able to take the web applications to the next generation and choosing your own appropriate methods, techniques, guidelines, and tools for software development
