• Strong commercial experience with Erlang or Elixir
• Professional experience with Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with relational and non-relational data stores - Eg. MongoDB, CouchDB etc.
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies
• Proficient in the English language
