Project focus
As the UX Researcher, you will work within a multidisciplinary team, to gather detailed information from users through both qualitative and quantitative means. The research gathered will be used to enhance the customer experience and design of the product.

Key skills and Experience required:

• Work within a multidisciplinary team
• Conduct all stages of research: identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analysing, and reporting out insights
• Convey updates to stakeholders
• Make use of a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to apply to research questions
• Share research insights in innovative ways to enhance empathy
