Freelance Conversation Designer

Client Location - Germany OR France

Remote work offering - 100%

Client Industry - Consultancy

Contract Length - 6 Months

Languages - German OR French (fluent)

Start - ASAP

Candidate must be based in either France OR Germany

Responsibilities:

• Recognise actions being carried out in interactions
• Outline dialogues and experiences to accomplish tasks
• Refine dialogues based on test data
• Outline Intents and entities for suggested user cases
• Prepare conversational flows of suggested user cases
• Document positive and exception flows for suggested user cases
• Collaborate with the NLP analyst and Developer for intent identification and entity extraction strategy

Key skills and Experience required:

• Knowledge of chatbots/voice enabled devices/other conversational channels
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Linguistic Analysis, Conversation Design, Copy Editing, or a Content development role
• Outstanding creative thinking, writing and persona building skills
• Experience with Slack, FB, Twitter, Skype, MS Teams etc.
