Your primary responsibility will be to scale, lead and grow the platform. This is whilst ensuring clean code, effective communication and meeting coding standards.

Working from home, you'll report to the Group CTO and will be tasked with the following:

- The recruiting and resource planning

- Mentoring, coaching and conducting meetings with developers 1:1

- Be the lead for the newest and most important projects

- Plus, envisioning and evaluating the new tech product ideas in the cross-functional teams

You need to be in touch with modern technology and be able to take responsibility and a high degree of autonomy over your own work.
