Electronics Technician

My client is currently looking for an Electronics Technician to join their successful and growing high-tech company. As a global leader in developing X-ray and electron detectors, their products have contributed to scientific breakthroughs worldwide. With offices in Switzerland, the United States, and Japan, they offer a dynamic and international working environment.

Responsibilities as an Electronics Technician:

· Assist in prototype commissioning and construction of experimental setups.

· Support training of apprentices and maintain technical documentation.

· Test, analyse, and repair detector electronics.

· Create schematics and layouts for PCBs using Altium Designer.

· Procure prototypes and serve as the first point of contact for production team inquiries.

· Manage laboratory equipment and test setups.

Qualifications as an Electronics Technician:

· Basic training as an electronics technician EFZ, with experience preferred.

· Familiarity with Altium Designer is advantageous.

· Passion for electronics, laboratory work, and sharing knowledge.

· Reliable, independent, and quality-oriented work approach.

· Open, communicative personality with a sense of responsibility.

· Good command of German and English.
