- analyse the business needs, processes and data to define new solutions in relation to the pre and post migration
- Defining acceptance criteria from the system point of view and supporting in defining the success metrics
- Collaborating with stakeholders, both IT & marketing, other analysts and the product team you will suggest improvements to services and products, based on your understanding of the current landscape (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Next to that you work closely with the product- and UX team to help analyse features and functionalities and to create detailed reports in order for the team to create meaningful stories
- You have a solid experience in managing all stakeholders in our business, from marketing to IT
- Experience as a digital analyst or software development in our industry is a plus
- You have experience in a digital, multinational surrounding and proven track record with (data)analysis on behalf of customer experience is a prerequisite
- You must know how to use Atlassian (Jira) a strong preference
- An interest in product development, marketing and process management are a plus
- You see a need to continuously improve to delight our users, you have flexibility and supportiveness in adapting and meeting changing needs of the business and understand the workings of an enterprise
