The financial sector is in the midst of a significant upheaval. Customers' expectations of relevance, individualisation and efficiency increase year after year, and data work has become a cornerstone in the development of new solutions. Therefore, our client are working to innovate data on all levels - from internal process optimisation to support the direct dialogue with customers.
In order to mature further efforts within this area, a completely new entity is now in charge of the structured development and dissemination of advanced analytics. It is a group-wide initiative with great management awareness and, as a centre of excellence, the unit is tasked with enhancing the skills of advanced analytics, including ensuring the adoption of relevant tools and systems, as well as brand new data sources widely in the group.
As a data scientist in the advanced analytics team, you will contribute to the realisation of concrete data projects in customer loyalty, reseal and streamlining, focusing on predictive modelling and data driven customer travel.
*To uncover and analyse business needs in close dialogue with the device's customers.
*Collect and manipulate data, as well as select relevant models and methods.
*Participate in the construction of new predictive models in the areas of customer loyalty, sales and efficiency.
*Assist in realising new data targets, including emphasis on integrating unstructured data as well as new external data sources.
*A minimum of 2 years of experience.
*You must have a good understanding of the machine learning toolbox and are familiar with mapping, manipulation and visualisation of large datasets.
*Practical experience with R, SA, Python and Azzure ML.
*Relevant education in mathematics, statistics, economics, physics or computer science.
*Strong cooperative skills and a strong pioneering spirit.
*You are passionate about delivering solutions that can differentiate this business from the rest of the market.
*Fluent in English.
*Relevant experience covering projects in customer loyalty, behavioural analysis, resale, cross sales, support for robotics or process optimisation.
*Domain insight from the banking area is a big advantage.
*Fluent in Danish.
