Customer Journey Manager/Expert is needed in Utrecht Region

We are currently seeking a Customer Journey Manager/Expert with automotive experience to join a key client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer journey across various online sales platforms (B2B/B2C), with a focus on fleet management in the automotive industry. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners to ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial point of contact to after-sales service.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement customer journey strategies that meet business objectives.

* Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

* Continuously monitor and analyze customer behavior, identifying areas for improvement.

* Work with marketing teams to optimize customer engagement and retention.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

* Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in the automotive industry is essential.

* Strong understanding of fleet management in the automotive industry.

* Experience working with online sales platforms, preferably in a B2B/B2C environment.

* Experince working as IT Project Manager in Agile environments.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.

* Fluency in Dutch is required.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

* Willingness to work on-site for 2/3 days a week.
