Commercial Sales Specialist - Zurich / 6-12 Months - 70% workload

The Commercial Service department is a customer-oriented department that is anchored in B2B sales. This department consists of 5 Commercial Sales Specialists, a team lead and another Commercial Sales Specialist who is now wanted.

We are looking for someone with sound experience in MS Office and a high degree of German skills. Ideally, has worked in the telecommunications industry and is familiar with the usual product portfolio.

Tasks and areas of responsibility:

  • Validation and processing of all sales deals and service adjustments in the Sales & Billing tool (Salesforce)
  • Prompt and high quality processing of customer concerns (internal / external)
  • Monitoring of orders as well as securing the order and billing processes
  • Customer support in the administrative area (phone, email, post)
  • Responsibility for billing for projects in coordination with AM, Fulfilment, Billing & Collections
  • Active problem solving as a contact and escalation authority in times of crisis for our customers
  • Cross-departmental collaboration in B2B projects and process adjustments
  • Preparation and recording of credit notes


  • Completed professional training and at least 1 year of work experience in a sales environment (inside sales or sales support)
  • Very good professional communication with internal and external bodies
  • Fluent German (native C2)
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • Ideally, experience in telecommunications or IT
