Cloud Engineer/DevOps (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
- Design and implement the cloud architecture of modern web services together with the application software engineers
- Being responsible for the cloud architecture and technology stack which is aligned with our company strategies
- Designing and implementing DevOps environment and Cloud Architecture
- Act as consultant in concept phases for new cloud based products and solutions
- Define and introduce processes for service operation (monitoring, failure handling, …)
- Drive technical concepts and decisions
- Staying current on the latest trends and technology
- Setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines and other automated processes
Your Skillset:
- At least three years of professional experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS) is essential
- Professional experience with cloud architecture development, cloud management and monitoring
- Professional experience with cloud native technology and infrastructure as code (Terraform, terragrunt, …)
- Experience working with virtualization, containers and tools for container orchestration is a must
- You are fluent in one or more scripting languages (e.g. Python, Powershell). Higher level languages are a plus (e.g. C++, C#)
- You have first experience in being the Techlead and no hesitance in making decisions
- You are fluent in English and German
