You will primarily work as an IT-consultant towards our customers to help them grow and reach new goals around tech. Your role will be centralized around development where you either work hands on as a developer or as a similar role, where code, automation and continuous improvements of development teams are some of your corner stones. Our customers are operating mostly in the fields of banking, insurance, media, telecom and retail. Your experiences and ambitions within tech makes you a visionary and you have no problem to think outside the box and explore new ways of working.
You will play a crucial part of our startup company that is about to expand. We need your drive to take the next step in becoming the new high end consultancy firm. We will help each other out, innovate together and most importantly have fun.
What we need from you:
Strong coding skills in either Java, C#, JavaScript, Node or similar. You have been or are working as a developer.
Solid knowledge in Agile and Lean principles and methologies
Self going in Linux and Windows environments.
Broad hands on IT knowledge. You are able to create a simple application project with unit tests and setup a continuous integrations process where it builds, from scratch within a day.
Ambition to continuously learning new things and improving yourself
General DevOps mindset
What will impress us, but not mandatory:
Strong presenting skills
Experience from any of the following: CI/CD, IAC, IT security, Testautomation, performance testing
Scripting knowlegde such as Ansible, Helm, Bash, Powershell, Python
Candidates must be located in Stockholm or Malmo.
Candidates must be able to speak fluent Swedish and English.
