That's where the BI/DW Developer comes in - this role is responsible for mining, transforming, modeling, and presenting data in a way that helps the organization run smoothly and make informed decisions.

Based in Zurich, this team member will work closely with colleagues in Finance and Operations, using their skills to support the unique culture of the team

Further insight into the role

• Maintain data transformation process that supports production reporting solutions used by operations team and senior management

• Develop data transformations on data warehouse platform to enable in-depth analysis and strategic research by departmental analysts

• Ensure high standards of data quality through development of automatic testing

• Create reports and dashboards in Power BI, from gathering requirements to releasing the final product

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or Information Management

• At least 2 years of work experience with dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT tools, or other relevant data pipeline technologies

• Proficiency in working with SQL databases and building stored procedures and views

• Experience developing reports in Power BI or similar platform

• Bonus points for experience with Git, dbt, and Scrum/Agile methodologies, as well as knowledge of user interface design principles related to reporting and dashboards for wide audiences
