B2B Marketing Manager - Zurich project - Long term contract

The "Marketing & Digital" area is the central place where the marketing strategy for B2B customers is developed and implemented in close cooperation with (key) account management. The area consists of different departments that work closely with one another.

This department consists of 5 team members (including lead) and has 3 main areas of activity: Acquiring new customers in the B2B area (small, medium and large customers) through the development of marketing strategies, analytical analysis of the competition and customer trends, Project Management tasks including development of multichannel campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be a person with solid experience of B2B Marketing Or Marketing-related Project Management, fluent in German and English, and experience with business cases and various market research for marketing perspective.

Tasks and areas of responsibility:

  • Implementation of B2B acquisition & Go to Market strategy and roadmap
  • Coordination of Go to Market projects (including kick-off organization) together with cross-functional teams, with the aim of increasing the acquisition of new customers in the B2B area
  • Implementation of marketing activities and multichannel campaigns to win new customers in the B2B area and to increase the number of sales (e.g. promotions, special offers)
  • Development of specific USPs (Unique Selling Points) and key messages and ensuring that these are communicated across all channels
  • Analysis of the industry and the trends that occur both with competition and with customers in order to develop a convincing value proposition and tactical measures (e.g. promotions, price adjustments) and to create suitable offers that lead to new customer acquisition and target achievement
  • Execution of quantitative analyzes of internal performance as well as market trends and calculation of their financial impact in the context of the business cases


  • Solid experience (at least 3 years) in B2B marketing or marketing project management
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Analytical working method (e.g. market research, business cases)
