Azure Cloud Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining a highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure using Azure. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or ARM templates) is essential for this role, as is experience with hosting.

We're looking for someone:

• With a degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related.
• With experience in designing and deploying Azure solutions.
• With experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or ARM templates).
• With a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, particularly Azure.
• With experience in hosting and maintaining high availability and mission critical platforms.
• With excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, building and maintaining a highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure using Azure.
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or ARM templates) to automate the deployment and management of infrastructure.
• Providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of cloud-based services.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure the implementation of secure, scalable and highly available cloud solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and trends, and making recommendations for improvements to the cloud infrastructure.
• Ensuring the security and compliance of the cloud infrastructure.
• Providing regular reports on the performance and health of the cloud infrastructure.
