I'm looking for a Software Engineer who has:

  • A successful degree as a qualified electrical engineer or IT engineer: So that you have the technical basis for your work.
  • Quick comprehension, good handling of uncertainties and broad interests in new technical and other topics: So that you can efficiently generate benefits for our customers.
  • A good use of language in German and, if possible, English: So that you can clearly describe concepts, requirements, uses and results for customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to delve into detailed problems without losing sight of the overall goal: So that what is created is what really benefits the customer.


  • You will estimate the effort in the team and develop an initial overview of the problem and the technologies from frontend to backend, from OSS to commercial products.
  • Then you create the requirements and an architecture of the system together with the device developers and the customer.
  • You transfer this to a software design (UML, OOA / OOD) and document the software requirements.
  • You then implement the software design (typically in C #, .NET, Xamarin, ASP.NET) on Linux, Windows, Android and iOS, test and integrate it together with the frontend, backend, and devices, typically in sprints of four weeks.
  • You face the challenge of reviewing selected work results.

  • Works in changing teams of two to ten engineers on new development projects in very different industries.
  • Do not have fixed titles, but roles that can change from project to project. Anyone who is a project manager or architect in one project can be a developer in the next project
  • Where staff have additional roles for the company's development. Everyone has a say in strategy, processes, and technology development.
  • Are continuously optimizing their working methods ("processes") and tools. In a pragmatic way, sometimes "agile", sometimes "V-model".
  • Allows employees to use 5% of your working time for further training to advance yourself and the company.
  • Have annual working hours, part-time work is the norm and home office are possible depending on the project.
