We are currently partnered with a rapidly expanding, Pharmaceutical company who is devoted to reducing the time, cost, and risk of delivering new medicines to the market. They are looking to onboard an AI Scientist for the engineering team, who has a particular focus on NLP/NLU and information extraction.

The ideal candidate will have a particular focus on NLP/NLU and information extraction. You must be devoted to construct and optimize the unstructured data ingestion pipelines for the pharmaceutical analysis engine, amongst others.

Job Responsibilities:

-Implement named entity recognition by leveraging multi-task learning

-Institute relationship extraction between entities with classification of relationship types

-Execute topic modelling on documents in collaboration

-Improve and update ontologies/dictionaries

-Utilize knowledge graph inference to establish un-witnessed relationships between entities

Preferred Requirements:

-Proficiency in Python

-Experience working in Linux environment

-Tensorflow expertise

-Experience in graph database design, query language, and knowledge graph algorithms

-PhD and 2+ years' experience or Master's Degree and 5+ years' work experience
