Key Account Management / Base Management - Telecommunications - Zurich - Growing project

My client is searching for a Key Account Manager / Base Manager to join a department who act as the central place where the marketing strategy for B2B customers is developed and implemented.

The "Base Management" department is one of the departments that is currently being expanded and whose main task is to maintain relationships with existing customers (small, medium-sized and large customers), to develop the marketing strategy together with other teams and with Implement key account management.

The ideal candidate is a person with solid experience (min. 3 years) in the base management, in-depth user knowledge of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel), fluent German and English skills, and a safe and friendly appearance in customer communication. Experience in telco or IT industries is an advantage.

Tasks and areas of responsibility:

  • Plan, coordinate and implement X- and up-sell activities as part of customer lifecycle management (marketing of additional or higher-quality products, bundles, options, etc.)
  • Analysis of customer developments (products, ARPU, churn, etc.) to control new measures
  • Monitoring including control of the sales channel and evaluation of campaigns as well as derivation of learnings for future campaigns
  • Close cooperation with the Go to Market team & key account management
