Solution Architect

About the Role
A pioneering blockchain organization is seeking a Solution Architect to facilitate the adoption and seamless integration of Zero Knowledge Proof (ZK) solutions across decentralized ecosystems. This role blends technical proficiency with strategic insight, guiding Web3 projects toward scalable, privacy-preserving solutions.

You will serve as a technical advisor and architect, collaborating with diverse teams to implement ZK-powered infrastructure while driving innovation in blockchain scalability and security.

Responsibilities

• Engage with blockchain projects to analyze requirements and design tailored ZK-based infrastructure solutions.

• Partner with internal engineering teams to align technical implementations with real-world use cases.

• Provide expert technical guidance and advisory support to business development teams throughout pre-sales and post-sales cycles.

• Lead developer workshops, technical webinars, and hackathons to promote adoption and best practices.

• Support partners in deploying smart contracts and applications onto advanced blockchain frameworks.

• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication between global teams.

• Leverage on-chain analytics and user insights to refine and enhance solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Web3 development and blockchain infrastructure.

• Deep understanding of Zero Knowledge Proofs, cryptographic protocols, and privacy-enhancing technologies.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable implementation strategies.

• Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

• Expertise in leading technical discussions, gathering insights, and presenting solutions effectively.

• Proficiency in AI-powered tools for code analysis, optimization, and market research.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in smart contract development and deployment.

• Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions, ZK-Rollups, and decentralized identity frameworks.

• Previous experience working in high-growth, Web3 startups or research-driven blockchain initiatives.
