Benefit and Talent Systems Consultant
Location: Remote
Overview:
I’m partnering with a rapidly growing HR technology organization that empowers HR teams to make data-driven decisions and elevate the employee experience. They are expanding their consulting team and seeking a skilled Benefit and Talent Systems Consultant with deep expertise across UKG Pro modules.

Role Summary:
The ideal consultant will have hands-on experience with Pro Benefits Administration, HRSD, Employee Voice, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. UKG Pro Certification and prior implementation experience are essential, as is the ability to provide strategic guidance to clients and translate organizational needs into effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of UKG Pro modules, including Pro Benefits Administration, HRSD, Employee Voice, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.

Partner closely with clients to assess needs and convert them into actionable system requirements and configurations.

Advance initiatives in performance management, learning and development, onboarding, talent acquisition, and timekeeping to enhance HR efficiency.

Develop and execute strategies that ensure seamless operation of talent and benefits systems.
Requirements:

UKG Pro Certification (required).
-
Proven experience implementing HR systems in a client-facing, consultative capacity.

2+ years of HR experience with exposure to employee performance, training and development, onboarding, talent acquisition, and timekeeping.

Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams to align solutions with business needs.
Preferred Skills:
-
Additional HR systems certifications are a plus.

Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to produce actionable HR insights.
