The business are seeking a technical leader who will be responsible for:

• R&D and new product introduction
• Ensuring manufacturing and supplier quality
• Risk management
• Train/Mentor/Coach junior colleagues

The successful applicant will be/have:

• Bachelors/Masters in Electrical/Mechanical/Quality engineering
• Knowledge of lighting control protocols – Bluetooth / Zigbee / KNX / DALI
• Horticultural background – Preferred not essential
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Hands on experience with engineering tools – FMEA / HALT / MTBF
