A Berlin-based renewable energy company is seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) for heating systems to drive the planning, implementation, and optimization of heating projects, especially for real estate clients.

The Role:
You’ll manage projects end-to-end – from planning, budgeting, and contract management to technical oversight, stakeholder coordination, and on-site monitoring. Your expertise will ensure heating projects meet technical standards, stay on budget, and are delivered on time.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in planning and implementing heating projects

• Strong knowledge of contract and stakeholder management

• Technical expertise in heating systems

• Skilled in project management, team coordination, and problem-solving

• Analytical, structured, and customer-focused

• German fluent
