We are currently searching for a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join a leading team of innovators.

Your responsibilities:
-
Prepare and implement concepts and solutions for SAP SuccessFactors EC and EC Payroll
-
Analyze and design efficient processes within SuccessFactors and oversee their technical implementation
-
Combine your HCM expertise and SuccessFactors knowledge to quickly take on project responsibilities
-
Provide training to clients and stakeholders as needed
-
Develop and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities
Your profile:
-
3-5 years of professional experience as a consultant in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
-
SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
-
Ideally, experience managing or organizing (sub)projects
-
Strong communication skills in German, alongside high social competency
-
A business and customer-centric mindset
