About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Automation Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex automation projects from start to finish. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning and management
• Budget and deadline control
• Coordination of project stakeholders
• Software concept definition
• PLC programming and testing
• Commissioning of plant control systems

Qualifications:

• Technical apprenticeship or degree in automation, electrical engineering, or systems engineering
• Experience in industrial process automation
• Experience with PLC and HMI systems (Siemens, S7 / TIA Portal)
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Willingness to travel
• Strong planning and organizational skills
