They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist / Project Manager to join their team:

In this role, you will:

• Independently manage project management and project management assistance mandates for end clients
• Perform all related planning, administration, coordination tasks, and contract management.
• Participate in acquiring new mandates and developing support services for project owners.
• Handle projects in the field of railways and national roads, from strategic planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with project owners to monitor the financial, and temporal progress of projects.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• A degree in engineering or natural sciences related to construction and the environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for organization and coordination.
• Proven professional experience in project management and/or project owner assistance.
• Fluent French-speaking ability
• A strong understanding of public authority processes and guidelines
