As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP HCM solutions across various industries and domains

Lausanne or Geneva based.

Your responsibilities will include:

• HCM Configuration: Configuring various HCM modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing existing HR processes and recommending improvements to streamline operations.
• Data Migration: Overseeing the migration of HR data from legacy systems to SAP HCM.
• Testing and Implementation: Participating in system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
• Post-Implementation Support: Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including OM, PA, Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits.
• Experience in configuring complex HR processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in data migration and integration techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a regulated industry, such as banking or finance, is highly preferred.
• ABAP programming skills are a significant advantage.
