Project Development Manager – Wind

Lead projects from site identification to construction readiness while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Your Role:

• Develop project-specific acquisition strategies

• Identify and secure potential project areas

• Prepare and negotiate contracts and offers

• Manage approval processes under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG)

• Coordinate with landowners, municipalities, citizens, and corporate bodies

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Geography, Spatial Planning, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar

• Experience in wind energy project development

• Knowledge of BImSchG approval procedures

• Structured, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial work approach

• Excellent communication skills in German and Englis
