Project Manager with Site Management Experience in Interior Construction (m/f/d)

…someone who perfectly stages world-famous brands from a construction perspective. You will act as an “in-house construction department” for the client, planning and implementing their visions. The position is open to both junior and senior candidates.

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of small and large projects with a focus on retail and gastronomy as a general contractor (GC)
• Advising clients on technical solutions and feasibility, with support from specialist planners and other involved parties
• Project cost estimation, including negotiations with tradespeople and clients
• Organization, coordination, and supervision of commissioned subcontractors
• Project execution and on-site construction management

Your Profile:

• Training as a construction technician, interior designer, architect, site manager, draftsman, or alternatively as a bricklayer, building services technician, polydesigner, carpenter, or similar
• Experience as a site manager with a focus on interior construction and experience in building services
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Excellent technical understanding of planning and construction processes
• Resilience, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility
