This role will support ongoing operational and campaign activity, ensuring seamless delivery across teams and workstreams. Working with the brand team, the focus is on campaign management, coordination, and maintaining team alignment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong campaign project management experience, confidently managing multiple assets, timelines, and stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate 360 campaigns from planning through delivery

  • Align teams and ensure timelines, budgets, and assets remain on track

  • Manage unplanned and ad-hoc tasks efficiently

  • Support budget tracking, reporting, and overall project visibility

  • Act as a proactive, trusted partner within the brand team

  • Capacity: 3 days p/w
  • Duration: Until December 2025, extension likely

  • Location: NYC – some on site required
