Title: Clinical Trial Assistant

Reporting To: Clinical Director

Salary: Up to €55,000/year (inc 8%) depending on experience

Position Overview:

We are helping this company recruit a Clinical Trial Assistant to work as part of the Clinical team. In this role you will be working across all stages of clinical trials and responsible for operational and administrative support. You need great attention to detail, embrace organisation and have a passion for clinical research.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Support Clinical Affairs and Medical Affairs administratively.
• Ensure adherence to good clinical practice guidelines while collecting, registering, and archiving information and documents.
• Prepare investigator site files and trial master files accurately.
• Maintain precise and current study documentation.
• Aid in managing clinical trial supplies and handling regulatory submissions.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project communication and documentation.
• Assist in submitting studies to regulatory authorities and ethics committees.
• Support Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in resolving data review queries after training.

Your Profile:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Display a detail-oriented, independent, and proactive approach.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experienced in documentation of clinical trials
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledgeable about Good Clinical Practice (ICH, ISO 14155), Data Protection (GDPR), and Clinical Research regulations.
