We’re hiring a skilled Manual Machinist to join our growing team. If you’re experienced with manual lathes, mills, and grinders, and take pride in your ability to hold tight tolerances and turn raw metal into precision parts-this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

This is a hands-on, shop-floor role supporting repairs and custom builds for rotating equipment like pumps, compressors, and gearboxes in industrial environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate manual lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and surface grinders

• Machine new and replacement parts to exact specifications (±0.001″)

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and machining drawings

• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators)

• Support teardown, rebuild, and fitting of industrial components

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Manual Machinist or Tool Room Machinist

• Ability to machine shafts, sleeves, bushings, flanges, and keyways

• Strong knowledge of material types, speeds/feeds, and cutting tools

• Familiarity with rotating equipment repair a plus

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a heavy-duty shop environment
