Senior Transportation Project Manager – Highway & Bridge Design

Full-time | Hybrid Work Available

We’re seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager to lead high-impact highway and bridge design projects that improve safety and mobility. This role is ideal for a Professional Engineer (PE) or an EIT nearing licensure who is ready to manage complex infrastructure work and take the next step in their career.

In this role, you will: manage transportation projects from planning through final delivery; oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and staffing; coordinate closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams; mentor and support the development of junior staff; develop proposals and maintain strong client relationships; ensure quality control and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle; and apply your knowledge of design standards such as AASHTO, FHWA, and local DOT requirements.
