Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Pre-Sales activities and contribute to the successful conception and implementation of BI applications in the Human Resources domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative HR analytics solutions
• Leverage your expertise in SAP BI to optimize HR processes and decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in SAP BI projects, particularly within the HR context
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
• A keen eye for business requirements and technical solutions
• A passion for HR and a solid understanding of HR processes
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
• A willingness to travel and embrace continuous learning
• You MUST speak both fluent German and English to be considered for this role.
