I’m looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor’s level degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Has 6+ years of experience in C++ programming (C++11/14/17 standards).
• Is familiar with software development tools such as Gitea, CMake, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Is experienced with (multi)threading and synchronization APIs.
• Ideally, also has experience with Python.
• Is proficient in software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Has experience with performance optimization, debugging techniques, and related frameworks such as GoogleTest / gTest.
• Is also skilled in SDLC, object-oriented programming, UML, and software documentation.
• Is proficient in version control, continuous integration, and collaborative software development.

Who is interested in:

• Designing and implementing high-quality C++ applications based on architectural guidelines.
• Developing efficient algorithms and data structures.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Leading the design and implementation of complex software components and features.
• Collaborating closely with product management, QA, and RA teams.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders about project status and technical challenges.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Identifying areas for optimization and implementing improvements.
