Location:Moormerland, Germany (Worldwide Travel)
Salary: €85,000 – €95,000
About the Role
We are hiring a Technical Superintendent to oversee the operation and maintenance of a fleet of heavy lifting vessels. This role requires worldwide travel, hands-on expertise with MPP vessels, and strong leadership in managing modern, high-powered engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical performance of assigned heavy-lift cargo vessels MPP
- Ensure maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety regulations
- Manage dry-docking, inspections, and technical budgets
- Supervise onboard technical teams and liaise with ship crews
- Optimize vessel performance and implement technical upgrades
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in heavy-lift shipping
- Expertise in MPP vessels and modern large-scale engines
- Willing to travel worldwide for ship visits and inspections
- Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and compliance
