About the Flooring Systems Division:

Our division offers a broad range of eco-friendly linoleum, high-quality vinyl flooring, entrance matting systems, carpet tiles, needle felt, and washable textile floor coverings. With a focus on excellent technical properties and appealing design, these floor solutions are ideal for public buildings, department stores, hospitals, healthcare facilities, schools, libraries, offices, leisure centers, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and residential spaces. Additionally, we provide ready-to-use adhesives for floor installations, ceramic tile solutions, and levelling compounds for the construction industry under our renowned brand.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for both software and hardware control technology, re-evaluating current structures, and establishing a new architecture that aligns with industry ISO standards. This effort spans the entire plant, where you will collaborate with both internal and external partners to achieve success.

What You Bring:

• A results-oriented mindset with an HBO degree in process automation, process control, or drive technology
• Five years of relevant experience, ideally as an engineer in the process industry; project management experience is a plus
• Expertise in PLCs (preferably Siemens S7), networks, and measurement/control technology
• Knowledge of visualization software and functional description development; understanding of production processes and programming skills is advantageous
• Experience with WinCC and Aveva Scada automation software is a plus
• Strong organizational talent and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to take the lead
• A drive to grow professionally and personally
