About You:
-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial or Production Engineering.
-Proven experience in production development.
-Passion for improving processes and implementing automation.
-Excellent social and communication skills with a collaborative work style.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
-Self-motivated and take ownership of your work.
-Experience working on projects and a proactive approach to planning and execution.

Must-Have Skills:
-Proficiency in Siemens TIA PLC programming
-Solid understanding of Industrial Automation
-Valid driver’s license
-Fluency in Swedish and English

Valuable Skills (Plusses):
-Robotics knowledge
-Experience with various manufacturing methods
– Familiarity with improvement methodologies and measurement systems (OEE, TAK)
-Understanding of basic product cost calculation
