Your Role:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you’ll be the crucial link between clients and the power of SAP SuccessFactors.

You’ll:

• Analyze client HR and ICT requirements, translating them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Lead diverse and challenging projects, taking ownership and delivering exceptional results.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of experts, leveraging their knowledge and experience.
• For certified consultants, you will be placed on projects immediately.
• For consultants with experience, but not yet certified, you will be supported through the certification process.
• Benefit from mentorship and ongoing professional development, tailored to your individual needs.
• Participate in collaborative brainstorming and knowledge-sharing sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and/or management.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a significant advantage.
• Strong independent work ethic and proactive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
• Customer-focused, self-directed, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ambitious and committed to continuous professional growth.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level), both written and spoken is a must.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
