Senior Sales Executive – ServiceNow

Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive for our ServiceNow Business Group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the ServiceNow portfolio. You will build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on helping them transform their IT and business operations using ServiceNow’s market-leading platform. Your role will involve managing complex sales cycles, developing tailored solutions, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
This is a strategic role for someone with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in enterprise sales, especially within ServiceNow or similar digital transformation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive sales and expand the company’s market presence within the ServiceNow ecosystem, targeting both new and existing clients.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries, positioning the ServiceNow platform as a solution for IT transformation and business improvement.
- Solution Selling: Develop and present tailored ServiceNow solutions that address client needs, working closely with internal technical and pre-sales teams.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals by managing end-to-end sales processes and closing complex deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account teams, regional leadership, and ServiceNow product experts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and ServiceNow’s latest offerings to provide clients with informed solutions.
- Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management, including pipeline updates, deal status, and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals within enterprise environments.
- ServiceNow Knowledge: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other workflow solutions.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated success in building long-term client relationships and a consultative selling approach.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to C-level executives.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams.
- Languages: Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency (such as German or French) is a plus.
