My client is a global leader in developing and integrating cutting-edge hydrogen solutions across multiple sectors. They are searching for a passionate and experienced Aftermarket Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in:

• Shaping the Future of Aftermarket: Develop a comprehensive strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize the performance and uptime of our innovative dual-fuel applications.
• Building Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with our network of authorized service partners, fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus.
• Empowering Success: Provide essential training and resources to ensure service partners have the knowledge and tools to excel.
• Leading Continuous Improvement: Analyse customer feedback, system performance data, and competitor insights to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
• Building Lasting Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with key customers, proactively addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Optimizing Inventory: Manage aftermarket parts and components efficiently, ensuring availability for customers while minimizing excess stock.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Do you qualify?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of proven success in aftermarket management
• Strong fluency in written and spoken English with understanding of aftermarket terminology. Dutch and other languages a bonus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decision making
• In-depth understanding of aftermarket service best practices
• Passionate about customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
