There’s an opening for a Lead CAT Mechanic in Deer Park, TX. This is a hands-on senior shop role working on natural gas engines and compressor equipment, including complex tear-downs, rebuilds, and in-frame overhauls.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of mechanical or heavy equipment experience, experience with CAT G3600 engines for Natural Gas, or is a certified Master Tech, plus strong knowledge of gas engines and compressor systems.

As a lead, you’ll provide floor leadership, mentor mechanics, and ensure work is done safely and to quality standards.

Role highlights:

• $40+/hour (Non-Exempt)

• Shop-based, full-time | 40+ hours with overtime
