Site Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Must have experience with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and related technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform, Cloud Formation. Strong understanding of storage and database systems, and networking, caching and queuing.
- Proven ability to lead technical recovery efforts
- Skills in debugging, optimizing code, and automating routine operational tasks.
- Solid foundation in Linux or Windows administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch).
- Experience in designing, analysing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
- Strong grasp of programming principles with proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to infrastructure work.
- Ability and experience in working with service level agreements and objectives.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on AWS and ideally also Azure.
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search, Kibana to ensure system health.
- A knack for problem-solving and a proactive mindset that thrives on challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills that foster teamwork and innovation.
