I’m currently working with a fast-growing renewable energy company delivering utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS) power plants. To help them lead the transition to a sustainable future, they are looking for an Engineering Director to join the leadership team.

The Role:

• Lead engineering design, development, and execution of large-scale solar + BESS projects.
• Drive technical excellence, innovation, and reliability across all power plant projects.
• Collaborate with project, construction, and commercial teams to deliver best-in-class renewable energy assets.

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in power plant engineering (solar/BESS preferred).
• Engineering background
• German fluency
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Passion for renewable energy and building a sustainable future.
