If you are a Service Cloud and Health Cloud expert and you also have Technical Architect experience then I have a great opportunity for you.

The role is completely remote - but we would require you to be based in Europe

6 months +

Health Cloud and Service Cloud Expertise:

  • Lead the implementation of Patient services solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Health Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
  • Utilize technical expertise to design and implement scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Obtain and maintain relevant certifications, with a preference for Health Cloud and Service Cloud certifications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
  • Experience in implementing Patient service solutions, especially with Leap.
  • Certification in Health Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
