Job Title: Solar Project Developer/Acquisition

Position Overview: My client are looking for an experienced Solar Project Developer/ Land Acquisition professional to join the team. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing solar projects from initial concept to construction, working closely with landowners, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Acquisition: Identify and secure potential sites for solar projects through market research and outreach. Negotiate land leases or purchase agreements.

• Project Development: Oversee permitting, coordinate with internal teams, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure project feasibility and approval.

• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough assessments of project risks and viability, presenting investment proposals to senior management.

• Market Strategy: Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights for expanding the company’s solar portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in solar project development or acquisition.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of German regulations and market conditions.
• Fluent German Speaker
