Senior PV Project Manager (Spanish)

Join our team, where you'll serve as a competent liaison for owners, municipalities, authorities, network operators, and various internal and external stakeholders. Utilizing your keen sense for suitable photovoltaic system locations and exceptional negotiation skills, you will drive the expansion of renewable energy and successfully execute our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and secure suitable locations for photovoltaic systems.
• Conduct contract negotiations in coordination with the legal department to secure the project areas.
• Coordinate all approval and planning stages to achieve construction readiness.
• Prepare and support development plans and land use procedures.
• Present projects and negotiate contracts with owners and communities.
• Oversee external consultants and project developers.
• Create and regularly update profitability calculations, presentations, and decision templates for management.

Profile:

• Ideally, hold a completed degree in spatial planning or architecture, but technical sciences or economics backgrounds with relevant experience are welcome.
• Prior experience in renewable energy project development is desirable.
• Possess excellent analytical skills, adaptability, and a pragmatic approach.
• Proficiency in Spanish and strong written and spoken English skills.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language (ideally German, Polish, or Russian) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively and the ability to work independently and meticulously.
